LONG WEEK

Wow..time really pass by so fast when the princess has so much activities going on in her life. One activity after another till she didn't even have time for herself. Here's her updates.

The princess went out with some GA youths (Jacky, Rachel, Sarah, Hanna, Lilian & Justin) to Midvalley that day. She watched 'Hairspray' (finally) & got to know some of them a little better. Some irresponsible, some looking 'kong pu' when angry, their likes & dislikes. Interesting & an eye-opener to me bout where my vision is leading me to. Thanks to Jacky for that interesting outing with the youths!

At night, the princess attended youth prayer meeting. She managed to share some new facts bout her Father from the parable of the prodigal son (which is now known as 'the parable of the loving Father' to her). It has a touching story from it. The princess promise to find time to blog bout this story asap.

After youth prayer meeting, the princess went to stay at Elisha's place. Another interesting event of the day. Well, Elisha stays in Block B of Jasmine Tower. She usually parks her car right at the top of the carpark in Block B. Somehow, that night, there wasn't any space. So, she had to drive all the way back down & head to Block A for car space. As we entered Block A carpark, it wasn't raining. She had to drive all the way up to the top again to get a car space. That was the first time she had to park in Block A though. As we left the car to walk over to Block B (where she lives), it rained heavily. At that point, the princess knew that her Father was trying to tell her something. Upon reaching her unit, we got ready for bed. But before sleeping, we shared bout the rain & carpark event & prayed bout it. It was so wonderful that the Father spoke to them both that night.

For the princess, in life, it is troublesome to be up at the top, & it is also troublesome to be down at the bottom. It may be tiring that we have to go round & round many times till we are confused. However, the rain represented 'showers of blessing' from her Father. As thought, after all the rounds that we had to go through, He will surely bless us plentifully.

A day not to be forgotten either. Finally the princess met Kai Yan. Just as he promised, he treated Elisha & the princess crabs together with 2 other peeps (Victoria & Enoch). Crabs for lunch is superb. However, it was so weird. The girls seems to be enjoying themselves so much with crabs. It is not usual though to see girls using their hands while eating crabs, at least not in a messy & rough way. But this 3 gals, they ate more, & 'chu lu' way rather than the 2 guys. Funny scene.

After lunch, all 5 of them went to watch a movie in 1 Utama. 'Secret of Magic Gourd' is a Chinese movie. First time sitting at the first row. A terrible experience for the princess, having to look up at the screne. Then as usual, back to church for youth.

The princess's mum came up that evening though.

Sunday, a day to be celebrate every week. The princess went to church that day, as after church service, she met up with the 1016 dancers to pray and practice a while. The team and the princess actually faced a problem. One of the dancer had gone back to his hometown. And the princess was told that he might not be back in time. However, they prayed in unity, committing this little problem into their Daddy's hand. Amazingly, after praying, the princess got an sms saying that he'll make it in time for the dance. What a joy it was then.

After that, the princess met up with her mum in IKEA. Bought lotsa things there to 'furnish' her place. Walking in her boots the whole day long, it was super tiring. Just as the princess went back home, she felt asleep. A fun day to be with her mum and her 2 sisters though it was pretty depressing to her.

The princess's eldest sister brought them (mum, younger sister, the princess & 2 guys) to a dim sum restaurant for breakfast. The restaurant was packed as the food is delicious at a very reasonable price. Soon after breakfast, headed to 1 Utama & walked again...but this time, the princess is smart enough to wear slippers.

After lunch, her sister sent her back and sent her mum to Pudu since her mum had to go back on that day. Upon reaching home, the princess rested a while and soon got ready for a birthday party.

The princess was actually relunctant to attend in the beginning. However, she managed to know 3 other youths better that night.

16 Oct

First day of class for the princess..who's now in Year 2 Semesters 2. Class was boring. Her English lecturer somehow doesn't make the class interesting at all. And tutorial that day was brief although we started on the syllabus.

Soon after class, the princess & the prince went to 1 Utama. For the princess, it's like her 3rd time already for that past few days. Accompanied the prince to get a new pair of formal shoes. Both of them headed back to the princess's place bout noon, got some rest, and soon got ready for the big event.

When the princess reached the restaurant in Jaya 33, she was anxious. The guy dancer whom we thought couldn't make it was still on the highway back from his hometown bout an hour before the dance. She did paniced a while. Not knowing what else to do, she got her Daddy to take care of it, trusting Him that the guy will make it in time. However, the guy did not. The princess had to take over his place and danced with an unwilling heart.

But, the whole thing taught the princess a lesson. When she obeys her Daddy just simply by dancing and giving her best although with a heavy heart, relying on Him for strength, blessings were given to her. It is such a confirmation that her gift/talent that her Daddy has given to her is meant to be used to bring glory to Him. With the doubts she faced throughout this whole dance thing, learning to rely on Him, the princess is blessed to have the support of the dancers as well.

Well...guess that's all for updates. Assignments have started coming in. Commitments are starting to be in full swing.

The princess just awaits for a time of rest & refreshing soon though. She's a little tired of this one small event in her life. But trusting her Daddy, it will be kept till His timing.
