Just yesterday, I went to watch 'Stardust' with 5 other peeps in Midvalley. Before watching the show, some friends commented it wasn't nice. Some commented it was very nice. So, decided to watch it for myself.
The show is nice..and mind you..the main actor is super cute..that is when he has long hair. ^.^ Anyway, I like the ending the most, where Yvaine, the star that fell to the earth, shined so brightly that the evil witch just smashed into small, tiny pieces. It was cool. It taught me one valuable lesson.
Just as the song goes.. "We will shine, shine like stars above...", we ought to be like the stars shining here on earth. Shining so brightly till evil can be gone. Shining for Christ that His kingdom may come. Won't it be cool and exciting if all of us in the family can shine so bright till the situation around us changes for the better? Won't it make us happier too like Yvaine only shines when she's happy? Won't it be awesome to rely on His strength to shine like Yvaine shines because her heart has been given to the one she loves? Ought we not to love Him and give Him our first love so that we may shine like stars above?
Daddy has given us Jesus to love with all our heart...and the Holy Spirit to help us shine brightly. How long more are you and I going to wait to go to this source of brightness and shine?
